Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Milana Studios packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
